what are some pros and cons of bilingual materials, poll workers,and ballots?

pros...none, well okay I guess someone gets a job out of it...

cons...its sending a message that there is no need to speak english in the US anymore, we will pay someone to help you since you don't know the national language.

Con- people who don't speak the mother country's language are determining its fate

pro- at least they can read and interpret what they are doing.
