Many women especially young girls often have irregular periods – there is nothing wrong with you, we are all different.
Your body takes time to mature, it doesn’t happen overnight – I had my second 5 months after my 1st and then ever 2 or 3 months fro 4 years. Now I’m complete regular – every 29 ½ days exactly and I never took birth control…
Birth control is a medicine and it does have side effects, some serious SO think careful about it and talk to you doctor about it.
The best advice I can give is always carry a feminine hygiene product - ob is good because it is so tiny / discrete ;)

Sounds like pregnancy to me... if you suspect you might be, DO NOT go on birth control. Get checked out, either way. If you're not sexually active at all, this can't be pregnancy, and could be caused by a few other things. Recent weight loss or gain, extreme change in diet or exercise, way too much or way to little exercise, being extremely over- or underweight, personal stress, to name a few. Please do get checked out, as this is not normal unless you are pregnant, and if thats the case you need an exam anyway.

If you're not sexually active you do not have to worry about being pregnant. Otherwise this is what it could be. An increase of activity like swimming, running, walking, sports...etc etc can cause you not to have your period. It's not an un healthy thing actually so it isn't anything to worry about. Sometimes women take Ibuprofen to lessen or even stop their period...that really isn't healthy because Ibuprofen can eat the lining of your stomach so try to stay away from that...If you want to have a reg. period then you can go on birth control to regulate it but if I were you I would be thrilled to death!

Yes. The same thing happened to me when I first started having my prd. I'm guessing you're a beginner as well. If you are, it's normal for your period to take a 3 month break. It should be back by december, nothing to worry abt. A relief if u ask me! Mine took it's break like 4 months after the first, then came back exactly 3 mths later.
Your body is just trying to get used to the cycle so it takes a break to condition itself or sth.
I dunno if the same thing can happen for non-beginners so if ur not a beginner, u might wanna clarify.
