Commitment. Long haul. It means that you have the other's back through sickness and health, good times and bad and that you don't check out easily. You know their annoying habits, and they know yours....but you tolerate that stuff and love them for the stuff that makes you laugh and feel the "we". You don't quit - unless of course someone is abusing you....then you get out fast.
