I want to know what activities are polar bears good at?
Is it Knitting, Beach Volley Ball, Surfing, or swimming

They would most likely be good at swimming since they hunt for seals and fish in the arctic. Swimming would be a good skill to have. They cannot hit the volley ball with paws and would need training. Knitting is just plain silly and surfing if they can learn how and are willing to stand on a board away from home.

a polar bear gave me a really nice sweater once, so I would have to say "knitting".
