Does anyone have a solution to the increasing prisoner population?

From what I hear our prisons are over crowded due to illegals. If that's true, the only solution is to secure our borders then send em home. But it appears an amnesty is coming and our borders will be opening even more wide. Once legal, we're stuck with them, so I guess we just build bigger prisons and hope for the best.

1/3 or our inmates are illegals. I'm not getting into that whole issue. I see both sides. But really. Why are they in our prisons. They really should go back to Mexico or where ever if they are in our jails since they aren't supposed to be here to begin with.

put them all on an island by themselves and let them kill each other

seriously there are to many repeat offenders, stick it to them the first time and maybe they will learn a leasson instead of getting off all the time. Lets go back to the old days when you steal something chop there hands off.

sex offenders/murderers - shoot them all right after they are found guilty no re trials

people who steal cut off the hand they write with

anyone who commits any other form of crime goes to prison for life
