Red River, Fushigi Yuugi Genbu Kaiden (by Yuu Watase :D) Trigun (not a romance, but still really good). There's also a Fushigi Yuugi, but I haven't actually read that yet. DN Angel is good, too, but the anime wasn't that good!

Tokyo Mew Mew, I've read it and I love it.
Ceres Celestial Legend, I'm still reading it, but its really good it has 14 volumes, it has lots of romance and action. I'm only up to the volume 6 :)
