how do you know your bra strap band size? if they dont have the size number? and i dont want to tell anybody. And i already have a bra but i cant tell the size of the band

just go to a dept store and get measured. they do it all the time its no big deal even if you were to measure bra you have already worn its probably streched out a bit from wear and will not be an accurate measurment.
or take a few you think are you size and try them on in the dressing room

You should go to a place where they do fitting and get it done. It's quick, painless and then you know what size you are. Most women do not wear the right size bra.

kat here - measure just under your breast - that will give you the first number - the cup size is the letter
