I did a search for our web site it didn't come up, we pay another company to do an add for us and it cameupwhy

I don't understand if it is our web site why a seach won't bring up the information.

Google, yahoo and Msn Bots Only index Those Websites, Which have a link with other sites

There are no guarantees in placement, but if your company was submitted, there should be something at least. Contact the company you paid for submission.
