That first year it was on I liked the show but as time went on you can plainly see that Rosanne's real personality was showing through in her on screen character. Mean, verbally abusive, just plain nasty.
Fame went to head and changed her and not for the good.
I stopped watching that show around season 3

I ahve always liked that show because she wasn't afraid to puch the envelope. Some of the episodes are a little wierd, but the latter ones do make you think about what's really important in your life. Love the re-runs on Nick at Nite

Roseanne is my favorite show I still watch the reruns every chance I get.

I liked it ok. My mom used to watch it all the time, and I started liking it. She said Roseanne reminded her of herself so many times!! LOL!!! Sometimes I had to agree! :) But my faves were when the kids got older.

I watched it when I was little and I watch it now. Yes, the episodes where she and Dan split are crazy and not my favorite, overall Roseanne is hilarious. I love her sarcasm and wit.

I did and I didn't. I loved the Halloween episodes, they were always great. I liked the early episodes better, except the acting was horrific! The latter episodes she got too liberal and all the stuff with her and Dan splitting just didn't set well with me. I still like to watch the reruns on Nick at Nite though.

I liked them. It, at the time, was the only show that was not this cookie cutter family. Though the longer it stayed on the less I liked the episodes.

I like the older episodes, but got bored with it after they won the lottery and Jackie went crazy... although the final episode was very touching.

I used to watch it all the time. But now I cant watch the re-runs. At the time I thought it was pretty funny

I think she started off pretty good but when she started pushing her own agenda the show went downhill.
