Well I aint got it yet but I enjoy where I'm working at the mo. Well I get on well with the people i work with but the job is abit boring.

if you settle for what you have already got nothing will change and before you know it your stuck in a rut of a job for the next 10 years that you hate. never settle for what your not happy with. go for it

Sometimes the people you work with are the most important if you get along well i would say that you should stay or try out the other job and people and if you dont like it then go back

depends on whether you're ambitious and want a new challenge and a change - take the new job. If you're content and enjoying your job, even though it is a bit boring- stay.

just consider your personal growth, from all points of view, and choose the most important point of view (like material or like presonality improvment and so on ... ), and make your decision.
just remember that is supposed that you as a person must evoluate in life.

my first statement would be which one pays more.. but if you truly like your job now then keep it

its better to do something you love for little money... then to do something you hate and get paid good
