Bow Wow In Fallout on Smallville! WHY! I wonder!?

I was just wondering why would they want Bow Wow in Smallville on Fallout. Not saying that I didn't like it or anything but WHY?

he is an aspoiring actor, and he has name recognition, its a win win for the show, as Bowwow gets to act more, and they can get cross hype about him being on the show. next weeks episode is supposed to have Batista from WWE's Smack down as the Phantom Zone bad guy likely for the same reasons

because he is not a bad actor and he did a good job with last weeks episode
