Grey Moss Inn...beautiful...it has a spook who might even visit who knows...lights go off and on sometimes...or a dish smashes against a floor...but coolest of all is that it is a romantic beautiful place.
OR go to the top of the tower!

If you love steak, find a Ruth Christie's Steakhouse...if that's too pricy...The Keg is great.
If you fancy Japanese. I think its called Banahina. A little pricey but the ambiance is great.

I'd go to Ruth Chris steakhouse. Or, for a good atmosphere and view, try the tower.

I am in the mood for Chinese food. If I were you, I would pick a restaurant that you rarely go to that is expensive and good.

I've heard that the oysters in San Antonio are the best! Go for it! Nothing but the best for you on your birthday. Have a happy day.

Think about the restaurant that you'd miss most if it suddenly closed down - that's the one I'd choose. Beyond that - enjoy, and Happy Birthday!
