Get real! The last thing they care about is the poverty in their own country. They prefer to pretend like it doesn't exist, afterall, we are promoting the american dream not the reality of well over half our population. We are taught they don't matter simply by the way they are treated by society as a whole. It takes a catastrofy like Katrina to bring the truth to light, even then it is quickly swept under the carpet as if it did not exist.
