This moment is a grain of sand. (count the grains at your leisure - and stop when you understand the meaning of a grain). It is beautiful but when you lose one grain, it is hard to find that same one.
Pick another grain, another moment. Let it give you joy. Happiness, Sadness, Anger, despair, Disappointment, Pride, Hope, Fear, Understanding, Confusion, Success, Failure, Lost and Found Love, etc Watch as it goes back and forth with the waves, from beach to water, disappearing, reappearing. Everything changes. Accept Change. Make your own changes.
Wait for the things you want, don't despair at the things that you don't, all is a grain of sand waiting for the wave to move it out to sea.
