I like bigger refrigerator and cannot decide which one to pick, we like side by side over top frezzer refrigerator.

Whirlpools conquest refrigerator 26 cubic ft. with the Ice dispenser bucket on the door is the roomiest freezer I've seen, But the bottom freezer Maytag with the top fresh food that opens up like a side by side is very popular now & most like it better than there old side by side & now this model comes with ice & water in the door.

I have a side by side, and I hate it. As far as space, its awful, especially in the freezer. Thank goodness we have another freezer downstairs, or I'd be able to store nothing. If I were to purchase all over again, I would NOT buy a side by side. I think the refrigerator with the freezer at the bottom is the most efficient, and makes the most sense.

Side-by-side is great for small thing but if you have a large family there is not enough room for many larger packages. It just depends on what you but and the amounts you buy in. Large amounts on top, small amounts side-by-side.
