what program? holding control and using the scroll button on your mouse works for internet browsers.

In either IE or Firefox go to "View" at the top and left of the screen, click on that and find "Text Size" in the drop down menu.

I assume you are using Internet Explorer, click View, Text Size, click Medium or any size that suits your taste.

if using Firefox click A+ at the top of your screen or if using IE click AA then choose from the five options

on the top of your page ( the gray toolbar) click on view then go down to make text bigger.
