I have pale skin, light brown hair, hazel (brown and green) eyes. I live in the UK so if you want to recommend a particular brand and shade please bear that in mind.

Nothing bright like red or hot pink, try more neutral colors such as cappuccino or maybe just a lip gloss.

Use a pale pink lipstick that's very pigmented. But don't go too pale, or you might look washed out. Choose something that is kinda in the middle of a pale pink and a medium pink, definitely a good bit lighter than your natural lip color. If your lipstick is very well-pigmented, it should cover the intense reddish color of your lips and make them look pink and pretty! Pink lips also look great with pale skin. I'd recommend trying one of the Maybelline Color Sensational lipsticks. They are very cheap, and they have a big selection and great variety of excellent pink colors. They are also very pigmented, and the lipstick tube thing is really cute! I use their Make Me Pink lipstick, but you might want one that's a little less blue-based or purple-ish. Another thing: Be sure to put on a good moisturizing lip balm before you apply your lipstick so your lips don't dry out like you mentioned. Hope I helped!

I have very pale skin myself, so I go for light pink shades of lipsticks or lipglosses with a bit of shimmer in them. I would never wear red lipstick as it is far too dark. The brands I find good are Clinique, Maybelline and Givenchy.

hi, i have pale skin, and i have found that, despite other advice, deep wine red's look great if you are going out somewhere and want to turn heads, and browns for other occasions. whats more, loads of stars are wearing reds atm in the 1930's style (i got the idea to try it in cosmo), so it's really fasionable, especially with dark eyeshadow (black, Brown, crimson, green, navy, whatever!) applied using a small eyeshadow brush above AND below the eye, but only a thin line or you look like someone punched you in the eye. you can get brushes from boots or superdrug. good luck!

My friend has like the palest skin ever and its hard so i recomend a light shade of red or a pink. Dont go to heavy because you need to experiment. Sometimes it depends how fair your skin really is. Try some reds and a few nutrals.

i wouldn't recommend using a dark colour when wearing make-up. you should always go for a lighter colour lipstick than any other colour of make-up you are wearing on your face as it blends in a lot better with your face and you dint look over done. i think the best lipstick you can get is lip gloss with a tint of colour. lipstick wont help your friend look less paler. get her to buy a different shade of foundation or a darker eye shadow to enhance her eyes out more instead.

I would try a pink, not too light or metallic, but a nice soft pink color. I would also recommend a lighter golden color with pinkish undertones,(look at the Avon selections) that would look nice I bet.

If you are pale and want to add some color to your face, you should try a bright red or pink lipstick. It will add a pop of color to that pale skin.

light pinks, and redder shades look ahmazing! I know from experience, i have the palest skin, and tanner colors such as brown look terrible, so try pink, or even red if you are going for the eighties look
