Liverpool, it sounds so feminine when I hear men scousers-sorry do not mean to cause offence-but it does my head in!
Lee Trundle plays for Swansea City and is often on local radio..........I cringe when I hear him!
I just cannot stand it!
BREAD.......remember that? Joey was all in leather, playing the tough good looking guy, but as soon as he opened his gob.........gawd............
Sorry..but if i sh@gged a scouser, he would have to be a mute scouser!

Most prob get loads of sh1t for this, but I am just answering a question that asks my opinion and i am giving it!

The french accent is soooo hard for me to understand !

Along with many middle eastern accents. My exchange students have given a wonderful insight on accents from around the world.

Don't know if it's an accent or from anywhere but they say like and oh my god allot and the voice goes to a higher pitch at the end of the sentence for no reason. They also move their heads from side to side like they are dodging bullets.

I know you are obviously talking about England, but in America there are some odd accents as well, the one that irritates me most is the Boston/New England accent, it can be so hard to understand, they hardly say any of the "R"'s in a word.

For example- " Lets get in the cah, n drive to da stoowe to get some clam chowda."

Indian accents when I am trying to get some information from my bank and find out I am through to India and cannot understand what they are saying.
I do NOT mean I dislike Indians I just find if frustrating when trying to sort out financial issues. I also think it is a shame British banks and building societies want us to invest our savings in their banks but will not invest in employing people for call centres
here.
