Then I don't think she is your best friend. Don't be mean. Tell her that you're going to be busy when you don't want to hang out with her...but still make time for her so you don't make her feel bad.

Just say that you need to be alone and chill out. You don't have to tell her it is because she is maxing you out, you can say it is school or family.
