Try unzipping it by the extract option, extract it to another folder and the picture is ready.

Umm... do you mean how to extract things out of a .zip file?
Go to Your Documents, find the .zip file in question, right-click it, and click "Extract All" or "Extract >" and choose what to take out.
To put stuff into it... I think you just right-click the picture, Click "Send to >" and Compressed Folder. Find the .zip file.
