i use max facter colour adapt foundation then cover that with powder then use my hands to blend in and down the neck so it dont look fake and everyone say i have fantastic skin and dont need to wear foundation and i say look hunie im wearing 2 types of foundation just i know how to put it in... lol

Well, I would suggest a foundation primer, blotting papers, and/or a translucent powder to wear along with your foundation. A good foundation to use would be MAC liquid foundation which has good coverage should cover up the uneven skintone. But if you want to continue to use your previous product, i would use one of the suggestion i listed above.

Mary Kay has amazing foundation that is liquid (plus it lasts a long time). With foundation you should use cleanser and moisturizer (try Velocity by Mary Kay).

no foundation is good if your skin at minimum is not good..
try those matt foundation and remeber to use oil botter to bott out oil.. as and when ..it will help to me your makeup look better
