Life imprisonment.I have children, and although I would be locked up I would still get to see my kids. That would be worth being locked up for,and would give me the strength and focus to spend my life there.Plus I would have future grandchildren to think of,letters, photos, drawings. These days prisons have everything,TV,DVD etc.All mod cons.It wouldn't bother me,I could even have a computer and spend my days answering questions!!
I love reading,so could borrow loads of books,I could do crosswords, sewing. It would be easy to keep entertained.

I would have to say death penalty. I think prison here in the USA is like camp snoopy. Not that I have ever been but my brother told me. I think those who are serving life in prison don't think it is such a bad thing. They probably had some run in with Bubba at first until they found a safer group to run with, then the rest of the day they just watch tv and get 3 meals served to them a day, get to go play outside and don't take it too seriously. They know they are there for a while, so they adjust. But if you are on death row, you pretty much get all that, but when you get bored of it, they take you out...fry ya...leathal injection and adios. Nothing else to worry about. Plus, if you did something that bad to desrve death row, well, then your concious is probably eating at you anyways so then that just goes away once you get executed. Then all they have to worry about is if they are going to hell or not, but I am sure they would have it figured out by then. So I say death. Cut to the chase because if they just get life in prison, then they go through all of that in the end except it takes longer to get there. Hope this doesn't sound too psycho. It's just how I feel. Save the taxpayer's money and get it over with.

since i have no concept of death i would chose life imprisonment. i could use that time to read, learn a foreign language, get another degree, get my body in top physical condition. i don't have to pay bills, i get free meals a roof over my head and i get meet some new and different friends. it will be just like life now. sure you get bored, and lonely but that just like it is for some people now.
