How do you check your bra size without using a measuring tape ?

I cannot stress how important it is to have a properly fitting bra. As others have mentioned, places like Victoria's Secret, Frederick's of Hollywood, Lane Bryant, and certain department stores will measure you for free. It is not as uncomfortable as you think, as the ladies who work at these places do it all day, every day and they are very used to making people feel at ease with the process. You won't need to get naked or topless, either!

I'm so sorry dear but it will have to do still with a measuring tape for you to get the exact fit on a bra. Not unless your goal is to buy something that is either too tight or too big. Goodluck!!!!

go to a store, like victoria secrets, not a crappy department store.
and have them do a fitting for you.
don't worry they see people in bras all the time. and they know what theyr'e doing.

and dont just try on bras and pick one that you think is alright. because sometimes there are ones that fit you better. it's good to have someone there to judge.

It is the measurement around just below your breasts....and then the cup is something you have to try on by a guess at first.....
