You know how if some stranger or someone you know out of the blue compliments on your hair what you wear or something WITHOUT you asking them?

When people compliment you without you asking them do they really mean what they say or are they just being nice? If being nice and not mean it why say it at all, especially when you feel and act very confident?

If people compliment you without you asking about it then they are probably saying what they really feel.
