While they may not turn it over to them, they will probably make it much easier for them to plot their crimes - no more monitoring of suspicious subjects, scaling down the efforts to uncover and track plots against us, abandoning the efforts to stop terrorists in other countries, etc.

The majority of Americans yesterday decided that the Democrats are the most effective force against Islamofascists. As someone who trusts and respects the mandate of the American people, I'd have to say it will be a long, long time before anything like that happens.
