if its a female u r tryin to talk to then just walk up to her politely and say hey and tell her ur name and ask hers. after that make nice conversation. if she acts as if she doesnt want to talk say nice meetin u and walk on but if she seems like she does want to talk then after the conversation ask for her number and she'll give it to you if u were nice enough.

enjoy the silence of it too. life will fill with the sounds of saying the right thing at the right time. we have to see things that experience has taught us. slowly it works there is magic in it if you want something bad enough to speak. so know what you want. if you good enough to know that you can choose what you have framed up here for a question i don't think you'll ever have a problem answering anyone
