Not being funny, but it sounds more like an infection or STD than pregnancy!

Pregnancy will cause fatigue, but not the first week.

You do need to get to a doctor though, seriously!

I can't tell you how many times i've read this same question. I'm not sure why anyone would think this question appropriate for Yahoo Answers. NOBODY KNOWS if you are pregnant. These symptoms are the same symptoms for many other possible conclusions. The only thing we can tell you is the same thing you already know.........TAKE A TEST....i hope the outcome is what you like. btw, you would not have symptoms merely 1 week after having sex. I think it takes about 3 weeks for the entire fertilization, implantation, etc. to take place. I didn't have ANY symptoms until i was 3 months pregnant, but everyone is different.

These are symptoms of pregnancy for some women... but they are also symptoms of many many other common ailments. Most women cannot feel any symptoms of pregnancy at 1 week after fertilization.

If you want to know if you are pregnant, give it another week or two and take a test. While it is possible to get pregnant on your period, that is not typically the most fertile time of your cycle.

first of all it is unlikely [not impossible] that you can pregnant on the 5th day of your period, cause that's generally considered a safe period for unprotected sex, and no, you don't have a stomache ache and back ache until you're last trimester in pregnancy. [stomache ache - never!] looks like your period is on the way.
