I think everybody should have to fill out this registration every time they use the bathroom here. I am sick of coming out of the bathroom to someone waiting in the hallway, I feel like I should say "Hey, it wasn't me!" or "That urine was on the floor when I got here." Your thoughts?

It sounds like you live in a party house,and share a bathroom with PIGS!
The best rule of thumb is to leave it like you found it!
Any decent person would atleast wipe up any little thing they might have "dropped" in there,and would also pay the same respect to your "sh!tter" that they would expect at home.
It sounds like your bathroom has a high volume of traffic.Don't expect a great deal of respect for your toilet if it's the sole place of "relief" in a party house!

The question is filling form alone will help anything. No.
People shall be cultured and that is to be taught at the early childhood too.

nope cause you know people lie right? Just get over it and deal with it. I share a bathroom with four other people and i deal with whatever mess they make if you don't like it clean it up yourself cause no one is going to tell the truth.

yea i totally would love to do tghat but i wouldnt have the patients. i hat eit whe the bathroiom smells like **** and htere is someone about to go in and you are like they are going to think it is me. but if it a stranger its no big deal to me im never gonna see them again. but i wish some how the peron could know it wasnt me! so sometimes when i coming out ill throw out a little ' the person before me must have been suck it smeels like crap!' lol

i wouldn't or believe what others said. Chances are if the person was to lazy to clean up after themselves, they would not bother to fill out a form.

those are very good questions but a lot of people would probably try to lie about it.and for those in a BIG hurry the questionaire would be out of the question.

I would't use it, or worry about what the next guy thinks. Everyone knows public washrooms are nasty, besides do you think the offender would actually own up?
