Loreali and Chris went to yale's parents day. Chris felt like a terrible dad when he is surrounded by fathers who are talking about everything they had done with their kids as they were growing up. Chris tries to act like a good father by taking rory's newspaper staff out to lunch and getting them drunk. He thinks that the staff is rory's friends and soon realizes that their not. Emily and Richard show up at parent's day and Loreali freaks out. Christopher apologizes to Rory for getting her staff drunk and she gets revenge by telling them that since she couldn't have dinner with her grandparents then chris and loreali will. Kirk tells luke that he is going to break up with lulu. Luke tells kirk that if breaks up with Lulu then Luke will break all the bones in his body b/c he shouldn't be so stupid to get rid of the best thing in kirks life. Luke is asked out by April's swim teacher and while on the date the teacher tells luke that she has dated 3 other kid's dads. Luke gets home and see lulu and kirk walking together and kirk is waving at him. You realize that luke knows that he made a big mistake by losing loreali.

lorali and christopher went to rory's parent's day at her school. They went out to dinner with rory's newspaper staff......chris got all the kids drunk......he wanted to show everyone that he's a cool and involved day.......the staff then had an emergency coverage and they were up late drunk and hungover. Rory got lor and chris back by making them attend dinner at the gilmore's. So nothing happened really.....you didn't miss much....oh!! Luke went on a date.....it sucked. He doesn't have a new romance, don't worry!

well luke went out with april's swim coach and had a terrible time3. Lorelai and chris went to parents day at yale . Then chris proceeded to get rorys paper staff drunk and he felt very inadequate as a fathe,after talking to the other fathers there. they also ran into emily and richard . I think that is all that happened . Also next week they (lorelai and chris ) are off to paris. Oh and l think luke is starting to think he made a mistake in giving up lorelai. Christopher (David Sutcliffe) and Lorelai (Lauren Graham) take his daughter GiGi (guest star Nicolette Collier) to visit her mother in Paris. Despite severe jet lag, they manage to have a wonderful, romantic time enjoying the city and each other.
Back in Connecticut, Rory (Alexis Bledel) comes to the end of her tenure as Editor-in-Chief of the Yale Daily News and suddenly finds herself unsure of her future. Her new friends Olivia (Michelle Ongkingo) and Lucy (Krysten Ritter) suggest a trip to Stars Hollow for a girls' night while Lorelai is out of town. When they return, Rory is surprised to find that Lucy's new boyfriend is her old friend Marty (guest star Wayne Wilcox), who pretends not to know Rory.
Christopher and Lorelai return home with a surprise for everyone.
Keiko Agena, Liza Weil and Sean Gunn also star. Lee Shallat Chemel directed the episode written by David Babcock.
