Generally a very bad idea, because the vast majority of the make money through paypal schemes are illegal in nature.

well not through newsgroups but yah me and my friend have made some money through paypal mostly through "webbing" though

no, and why would you post to newsgroups? Spamming newsgrous is against paypals, and many isp's policies.
