Hey, I'm writing a book and I need four really evil and yet kind of sexy guy names for the villians of the story. Thanks!

Nicolae always sounded evil and yet kind of cool to me. Raul maybe, I don't know if it sounds evil exactly. Sergei sounds like it fits your criteria to me. Shinzo (Japanese name) seems like it could fit. Guillermo maybe (pronounced gee-yare-mo, but people may have trouble with that one--its Spanish for William). Damien maybe (but some may just say you are trying to copy the movie.
Nicolae sounds like the best one to me, followed by Sergei and then Guillermo. Damien would be higher on the list, but again it sounds like it is copied from the Omen movie. I couldn't come up with anything that sounded American at all and still sounded like it could be sexy (James maybe, but I don't personally think so. It may remind people of James Bond though, so you never know).

Italian names always work, as they are associated with the Mob. Names like Angelo, or maybe Vincent. Mario....
I know that Angelo comes from angel, but maybe he's a fallen angel... :)
