Not as morally corrupt as Mark Foley, the good reverend Haggard, Tom Delay, and Bob Ney to name a few.

Are conservatives?
What kind of morals are you talking about? Not everyone has the same morals and very few people lack them completely so I would be very skeptical to say that liberals are completely "bankrupt". However, they might not agree with you and thus YOU think they're immoral.

Liberalism and morality are both subjective ideas. Some view drinking alcohol as immoral. Some view sex for any purpose other than procreation immoral. Some view contraception as immoral.

I am a liberal. "Liberal" comes from the root word "liberty". I believe that everyone has the right to do as they please as long as their acts are not injurious to others. I am also a pro-life Christian, but don't believe I should force my views or my religion on others, as that would "injure" them.

I would guess that there are as many immoral conservatives as there are immoral liberals. Morality has nothing to do with political philosophy.

No, they just have different morals from conservatives. Very few people are actually morally bankrupt. They just have their own moral beliefs and who's to say which ones are right and which are wrong?

Considering the way the republicans raided the treasury and constitution when they had absolute power, we know who is morally bankrupt don't we?

No at least not in their eyes, way of life and spending. They have a major tendency to cry for rights but most are unwilling to actually fight for them themselves.Instead of basing anything in facts they base their issues on feelings.Feelings are fine but if you were to give a drugaddict the answer of I know how you feel, then hand him some money(which he would buy drugs)or instead of feelings make him take the hard road and kick the habit(as conservatives would do) with facts, then you would understand the question based on actions...are they morally bankrupt? well thats in the eye of the beholder....Me I say yes but thats only my opinion

jesus was a liberal, do you think he was morally bankrupt?

those with too much power - no matter what their political or religious affiliation - become morally bankrupt eventually.

Not all of them--but most of them, yeah. In the same way, not all people who claim to be conservatives are truly moral individuals, or truly conservatives--take Mark Foley and that Haggard guy (I can't remember his first name; I refuse to dignify him with the title "Reverend").

No one's perfect, of course, not even Christians--the difference is Christians are redeemable through faith in Jesus Christ. The only thing you can do for most liberals is pray for them.

That depends on what you consider to be moral. They're not immoral according to how I define them, but everyone determines those boundaries on their own; morals are subjective.
