C, the bill of rights where passed because the antifederalists (those who were agsin a strong central government) feared a dictatorship and wanted their rights preserved so wouldnt accept the Constitution unless it had a bill of rights

Ok, what was the main argument for the US when it was being formed??
They wanted people to "have their own rights" (hint hint).

So, based on that, just eliminate the ones that don't make sense (like if states have rights, then those are governmental rights)

IS THIS A HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENT OR SOMETHING? becuase if it is, i'm really disappointed in you for cheating. i think it is the people's rights. becuase if you READ the bill of rights, all of them talk about the people's rights.
