You enhance an quite good element.it particularly is been our weak point interior the previous yet like Kookee stated we've 3 good p.c.. bowlers and a few rather good youthful potentialities at club point.i think of there's a spinner who did greater desirable than Mendis this season to boot. Our batting seems susceptible with purely Mahela and Sanga with the aid of fact the only international type batters. Chamara Kapugedara too could grow to be between the terrific batters interior the international if he retains working problematic.we are on the 2nd lacking a pair of particularly good batsmen.we are able to consistently detect a coarse uncut gem to coach off to the international while the going gets difficult, that has consistently been our way.

When you run, your body lets out a liquid called Lactic Acid,it will make you feel like parts of your body burns (mostly muscles, your stomach is a muscle!!) It's okay to have lactic acid, but make sure you stretch slowly to prevent muscles from getting broken or fractured, and so lactic acid pains won't prevent you from getting a healthy exercise. You should exercise for at least 30 minutes each daily, but going over 30 minutes is okay if you want a hard workout. (don't exercise too much, because it will hurt your muscles after wards.) Remember to always hydrate with water or preferably Gatorade (It containts salt) (salt=more sweat= lose more weight)

Good Luck-

I have a similar problem and as a Marine I have to be able to run. The only thing that I have found helps is eating very little before running and doing as many crunches as possible between runs. The stronger your core is the less it will hurt.

My best advice is to improve your core strength through stomach and back exercises, and/or core stability through exercises with a callisthenic (stretching /balancing /postural) element.

As you run you are creating force and imbalance which your stomach (and other parts) is counteracting- causing you pain as it tires. These counteraction movements are usually un-natural in nature. The higher your core stability the less force/imbalance there will be. The higher your core strength the better you can handle these forces.

It's called stomach cramp. This usually ocurrs when you run on a full or partially full stomach. Don't drink a lot or eat before a long run.

Because when you run your muscles aren't getting enough oxygen. so it causes your stomach to hurt. next time try breathing deeper.

that happens to me and my friend.. we dont realy no why it happens. i think its because some area of your body isnt getting enough air? try slowing down and pressing your side into your body like you are trying to implode. also make sure you are getting enough air and water.
