Measure around your rib cage, directly under your bust. Add 5" to this number. Like, if you measure 29", your band size is 29" + 5" = 34".

Measure bust at its fullest point. Subtract the band size from this number to get your cup size (see chart). If you have a 35" bust and a 34" band, 35" - 34" = 1": an A cup (34A).

1 inch a cup
2 inch b cup
3 inch c cup
4 inch d cup
5 inch dd cup

Hope this helps!

find a time when no one else is home or go in a room or the bathroom where no one will bither you. You will need a tape measure, the kind you can roll up. This site explains it very well, much better than I can. :)

It's a mini-clip, so if you cannot see videos on your computer, go to this site:

http://www.kidshealth.org/teen/sexual_health/girls/bra.html

This also explains the 2 different was of doing it. This is the second page to that site:

http://www.kidshealth.org/teen/sexual_health/girls/bra_p2.html

it explains how to do the cup measurement.

Hope this helps!!

Go to JCPenny.com, click the lingerie tab, then click on bras along the left coloum. On the next page there is a box called bra solutions. In here you will find everything you need to know
