ahahahaaha. what a funny question, i can`t belive it!!!!! =))
change your password and some of your security information. For example , at yahoo.com you can change the zip code, so you can be sure that he/she will not be able to use Forgot Password and regain access to your account (this is if he/she is smb closed that know all the information you provided when you signed up for that account). And don`t forget about a good Internet Security Suite, with firewall, anti-spy, anti-virus and so on.

If you have regular trouble with this you could try scanning your computer for viruses regularly (if it were a trojan problem or something) and changing your password regularly, though it might get tedious after a while :P And never tell anyone else your password, of course :D
