First download the song
Make sure that your itunes is open
you can drag the song you downloaded into your music library
or
If your ipod is plugged into you computer
drag it to the little picture of your ipod on itunes in the column on the left. You should have a name for it already.
I hope this helps at least a little bit..Im not too iopd savvy

it's simple.
in itunes, click on add folder in the file section up top. the file that holds all of your limewire tunes is called 'shared', usually found in your 'documents & settings' folder on your c: drive. once you click on shared, click 'OK', and then it should add all of your songs to you iTunes library.

another option is simply shrinking your limewire library window, the the iTunes window behind it. You can add all of the songs at the same time by clicking Ctl+A on your keyboard in the limewire window, and simply drag and drop.

First of all. You can't transfer music to your iPod without using itunes. So what you do is download the songs you want, go into itunes and import using either CTRL SHIFT O or FILE IMPORT. When your iPod is plugged in, it will show you on itunes. Simply highlight the songs you want and then drag it your ipod (if you named it then drag it to John Doe's iPod)
