It is against Wiccan beliefs to cast a spell on another that will effect their free will. If she is not Wiccan but another form of spellcaster, she might have cast a spell on him, but, having studied religions and the occult my whole life, I highly doubt a Wiccan cast a spell on your child's father. It really isn't what those people do. Maybe a rootworker or a Santera or a Vodouisant, but...messing with "free will," is a big no no to Wiccans.

If the girl is a true wiccan, it is unlikely that she would use spells and charms to manipulate other people's hearts. Wiccan ethics forbid the use of spells to control or hurt others.

If you truly believe that this girl has cast a spell, you may want to ask a local wiccan for help.
Even if she is using magick to enslave your ex., you needn't be too worried. Enchantments like this are temporary, and it is only a matter of time until her spell wears off.

What gave you to think it's a spell? As a practicing pagan, I can say it's unlikely, as the karma involved with holding another against his will would make it entirely not worth it. However obsessive people can do strange things. A quick way to dispell the spell would be to banish it. Rub a small ammount of rose or jasmine oil on a black candle, and at the new moon light the candle while thinking of any negativity around your man dissapating. IMPORTANT do not think ANY negative thought of revenge or cruelty about her, or the karmic effects could be devistating. Whatever you send out comed back. Simply wish, and wish hard, that any tampering be dissolved, and any negativity dissapate. that should do the trick also DO NOT wish for the man in question to come back to you while you do this. It could cause the whole thing to backfire, and your intentions must be pure.
Good luck, and Blessed Be

Yes all spells have the potential to be real. The real problem however is free will Wiccan's DO NOT interfere with another persons free will casting smells to make someone do something you want goes against their free will and what goes around comes around

Here's an answer I've given in the past:

OK, first, read about the lives of famous occultists:

http://usminc.org/famous.html

Then decide if they could make it work.

If there is any truth to the old saying "Those who can, do. Those who can't, teach.", that truth is found in the occult, and Wicca in particular. Silver Ravenwolf has written close to a dozen books on the subject of "The Craft", and claims she has been studying it since about 1969, which is almost as long as I’ve been alive. She has written a book on how to cast money spells, and includes a chapter on how to do so in her Teen Witch book. But the thing is, she doesn't particularly sound all that prosperous herself. Ravenwolf writes,

" For years I couldn't afford to go to a hair stylist (still can't, it's shop and chop for me). I got pretty good at stying my own hair from looking at magazine pictures" [SOURCE: Teen Witch, Llewellyn Publications, 2003 edition, page 145]

OK, she so rich she can't go to the hairdresser. Hey, get me a copy of that Prosperity Spell book!

Silver Ravenwolf seems to have inadvertently discovered that Wicca makes things worse, but won't ever admit it as such.
In Teen Witch she says

"A lot of people tell me how bad their lives have gotten after casting a spell and tell me they won't do Witchcraft anymore. I tell them their lives would have been much worse for not having cast the spell".

Gee Silver, you would think a lot of people would be saying things like "Hey, Silver Ravenwolf, my life has improved tremendously with Wicca!" if Wicca is as great as they claim. Instead it makes lives much worse, and even Silver Ravenwolf admits she hears this a lot!!!

Why? Because sometimes, things are just as you think they are. Most average people will tell you the occult deals with black magic and demons, and demons are evil beings who wish us harm. This is how it is my friend. The occult is evil, and brings bad happenings into a person's life, and Wicca is an occult religion. When you stop trying to rationalize it with inaccurate data and just use common sense you will realize this. Some occultists are of above average intelligence, and I think part of the problem is they have book smarts but not common sense. There are two forces at work in this universe: the counterfeit and the genuine. Wicca’s source of power is not the genuine. There’s just simply no way Wicca (and thus the copycat Neopagan religions) can be created from the black magic writings of “The Great Beast 666", the bizarre sexual practices of Gardner, the spiritual “guidance” of the Watchers (fallen angels) and still be a source of good!

None of the people who will answer your question can make it work either, Don't delude yourself. It's an incredible waste of time and money, and it's spiritual poison.

If this girl is truly Wiccan, then she would not cast a spell on him without his permission. For one, it interferes with his free will. Secondly, with the Three-Fold Law, one has to be very careful in any spellcastings. "All good that a person does to another returns three-fold in this life; harm is also returned three-fold."

Search here for my 'burning salt' answer.
Just invite him somewhere and watch the flames with him.
If he still feels the same way afterward, then either it was not a spell, or his spirit has accepted the result as something he actually wants......

You would have to contact another Wiccan to remove the spell.

You have to get the Tooth Fairy, Santa and the Easter bunny all in the same room and bribe them with drinks to get them to remove the spell for you. Wake up please, the Middle Ages ended a looooong time ago. Have you ever thought that you might have let your relationship get boring? - much more likely than myth and magic.
