HOW is cutting yourself da best thing for u to not get mad at other ppl?

cutting isn't even smart so please don't do it. the best thing to do is take your emotions out but not by any means of self abuse or abusing other people for instence write, draw, read a book, listen to music, play an instrament, try to have fun with friends, play a sport like volleyball or softball where you can take your anger out on a ball, even dance or do something just don't cut yourself. cutting becomes addicting and like anything else that is addicting you can't stop once you start and it just isn't smart because you can kill yourself with it so i would not suggest it at all.

It's difficult to exsplain! Some people hurt themselves in diffrent way. Cutting, scratching. Biting! Many feel that it releses bad feelings and I guess it's like hitting a wall when you're mad, after you do it, your hand hurts but you feel better. But those who do this do it because they can't accept what is going on with themselves or they feel like they can't talk to anyone or they feel helpess or all of the above!
