I would suggest calling your local dog catcher..Tell them your situation and ask what's the best thing to do..They may even come out and get rid of the squirrel for you.
Or you could get a cat to live in your house for awhile.Squirrels and cats don't get along..One smell of a cat being present will send that squirrel running.

It depends on your state's law and if you are in an apartment or house, some laws require if you are in an unattached building (house, trailer, etc.) that the renter is reponsible for getting rid of pests.....I would talk to your landlord he may want to protect his property for the damages that the squirrel can do and well it probably wouldn't be good if it expired there either.

you like a blend attack. Spray the vegetation up and down (SOAK!) with deer repellent or chili pepper tea (the warmer the pepper, the greater useful). A canines. Small is effective. Wrap your pots in barbed cord. After watering, sprinkle very heat chili powder on the airborne dirt and airborne dirt and dust. ultimately, supply them yet another foodstuff source around the line or on the choice end of your homestead. chicken seed works effective.
