Yes.
at certain times when I needed help, or even a smile these angels come along and help carry me through whatever hardship I may be going through. I've had a few.

I have a particular one that came to me a few years ago. She wouldn't let me hide out like I always do. She helped me open up and accept myself---through much laughter and care. She wanted to me to se myself as she saw me.
I slowly opened up and dropped my mental and emotional walls---totally. It was both liberating and terrifying.

She would listen to me and make me laugh and was always there for me. She was truly an angel in disguise.

Thanks for the question. You reminded me of her. Thank you.

The person whom I think might be a disguised angel really does not look like one. Perhaps he's just well-disguised. If you met him, you would see a tall, elderly man, who is retired from the military. You might get the impression from his politically INcorrect talk that he is quite grumpy and uncaring. Some people find his sense of humor a bit warped. But, as the saying goes, actions speak louder than words.

He knows everyone in the community, and is one of the most generous people I have ever seen. He is not wealthy, yet he finds a way to help those in need, especially the ones who would never ask for assistance. Often he does this anonymously, so it is not being done to gain recognition. I have heard him tell racist jokes, but I've also seen him help people of that race, and treat them with dignity. He's sort of a walking contradiction, this rough angel person. I know he is not motivated by money. When he retired from the military, he took a pay cut in order to be a Peace Keeper overseas, because that is what he believes in. I know that he still has nightmares from things he saw during his experiences. He was proud to serve his country, and continues to do so back here in Canada, by serving the community, giving more than he takes.

This Saturday (Nov. 11) is Remembrance Day. This answer is dedicated to him, and all the other veterans.

This is such an interesting question because I don't think many people look for angels, but I feel as though I have seen a few and they looked just like normal people, but they seemed to be around at stressful times like when someone I knew passed. The reason I spotted them as different is the look in their eye and their strange interest in what was going on. My strangest experience was when a bum asked me for a dollar and I was stressed out with putting my cranky toddler in his car seat, so I just said "I'm sorry no" and right after I said this I looked up at the man and he had very bright blue eyes and a warm smile. He said "OK Thanks anyway" I immediately felt guilty so I reached back in the car for my purse and when I turned around he was gone. I drove around the whole parking lot and it was basically empty. The guy had just vanished and there was no where for him to go except out on the highway. Yes angel like figures may pay you some attention, but I am not always sure why.

I don't know if they were angels or not but I have met some of the strangest people at some of the strangest times, that seemed to help me through some very difficult times. If they were not angels they were definitely in the right place at the right time for my needs.

I had an aunt growing up who always seemed like a real angel to me. I am now a grandmother myself and truly i do believe that she is the only person I have ever met who offers the closest thing to God in unconditional love...she is now 86 and the most serene, happy woman I have ever seen. Never in my life have I heard her raise her voice, offer any judgment towards anyone,, etc.

Yup almost 9 years ago I met my Angel, he was the bestest friend anyone could ask for, always there when i needed him and i could talk to him about anything, always made me smile when i was unhappy and made me laugh my butt off when i was trying to be mad :) And now hes gone without a Trace! Ive been searching for him and cant find him these days, its like he only existed in my mind which i know he didnt, he was just perfect. I wish all men could be a friend like he was :)

Yes,I have met quite a few.
One would be my Mother. She accepts me the way I am,even with my faults. She loves me unconditionally.
No matter how many times I screw up she's always there to encourage me.
I think we all have the ability to be angelic if we want to.All we have to do is be children of light.Be a beacon in the night.

Every being born as an angel,
as we grow, some enter into the shell,
just need to scratch little harder,

good luck

I've met allot of people.....sweet and caring but they had too many problems to be angels.

The only person I can say that comes close to being an angel would be my great grandmother. She was the sweetest lady....I never heard her mutter a rude word. She helped anyone who came to her door...... I miss her :(

I suspect you're looking for your angel to answer this, and I hope he or she does. Angels are special people that touch us in special ways. I've met a few myself; invariably they were strangers who said something important to me, as if they had insight into my problems or concerns.

The sceptic or scientist would say it's coincidence, of course.
