this hapenend while sitting on the patio and after a few(many)cocktails and small conversation. she knowing that im gay and open about it, still requested i kiss her on the lips. she pays the rent on time every month and in full for the last three years. what would you do?

Even if you were straight - don't allow this abuse - on the cheek , OK - but on the lips, forbidden. Be STERN towards her .
I would never let any woman or stranger kiss my lips, not even as a joke. Only a guy I had feelings for. And that's that.
If you do it once - she'll do it all the time - and you don't want that, do U???????

even though she wasn't polite, I would be polite (enough) and say something like, "Well, that was funny, but I do not want that happening again. I'm SURE you understand." Gross man, whether she is 37 or 73, just not cool. If it were to happen again, after that I would just kick her in the balls ;o)
and don't drink with her again....

Is it just a kiss with no Tongue!!!- If she just feels close to you and wishes you were her child that is different.. My aunt gets all kissy when she is drunk and she is just gross. I have to tell her that I'm sick half the time. So tell her you have a virus that is contagious and you can only have her kiss you on the cheek.

Well, you can give her a kiss, but just one, lightly on the lips, and that's it. Make it clear that you are gay and uninterested in her, and if she still wants the kiss, she can have it, but that's going to be the only one.
This is a very odd predicament!

Oh, have a good snog, where's the harm in it? It'll keep her happy, and you never know, you might get a kinky thrill from something different!
Maybe she's just desperately needy and insecure and seeking approval from everyone... You should be kind to people like that, and flirt with them a lot, because it improves their self-esteem.
