Two of them... Chiyo-chan, mostly because she is as smart as she is cute. The other is Sakaki, because she is a cat lover (even though she's always getting bitten by Kameneko).

I don't have just one favorite, but I'm kinda partial to Osaka. I love to see her space out and then try to be all serious.

Definitey Kaorin, her little crush on Sakaki is just too damn cute to bare...
I also love Osaka, because she reminds me of myself, alot, which is kind of scary when I think about it.
