Other than moving away (which I think I would consider), I would try to manage seeing her only in small doses. Dont go to every family thing when she will be there, select what you go to.

we allow people to control us. take back the control. you know how she is, don't offer her advice, and very politely decline her's. operative phrase though, very politely. she is still your spouse's sister, the aunt to your children, and your neighbor. you will have a relationship with this woman probably the rest of your life or at least as long as your marriage lasts. don't let her sabotage it.
