Nature’s Miracle should work. It is available at Petsmart. Make sure you follow the direction. The main reason that it fails is that people just sprays it on and wipe it up and not let it soak into the fabric like the urine did. You my need to do this 2 or 3 time. Just reminder that the urine treatment product needs to go where the urine went for it to work properly.
In my experience, Nature's Miracle is your best bet. Good luck!

Try some of the animal urine products.
We use Petzyme - it has products in it to degrabe the enzymes which create the odors. It works great with the cats urine (which have a much worse smell than a child's!)
It is available at most pet stores.
Helps with the staining too.

Some fabric can be taken off the cushins. Can you unzip or remove the fabric? If you can then take off the fabric and wash it in the washer.
