Even though i am Canadian - and therefore everyone would expect me to choose hockey - i would say that an entire season without baseball would be the worst. I have followed baseball most of my life, and the strike in 1994-1995 was a major league bummer.
(I had only just started following hockey again (after about 20 years) back in 2003-2004.....but the lockout the next season put me right off it again. I don't have cable, so i don't get to see much football, anymore. And basketball is completely irrelevant to me, and i wouldn't care (or notice) if it disappeared forever.)
