so I have this mp3, which is about 57 Mb, and I can't find ANYYY sites that will upload it. They say they can support files up to like 100 Mb and stuff...um, no.
Anyway, all I'm looking for is some place to host an mp3 that's saved on my coumputer so that I can get a link for it so I can put it on my myspace. I've been trying for about 3 days to find a site that ACTUALLY FREAKING WORKS. Would anyone like to help? please??

So it's a song that's an hour long or so? 57 MB?? Umm.. thats WAY too big for a mp3 that you're going to put on a website.

Is the Mp3 something that you created and legal? If not, no one is going to let you host a mp3 you downloaded illegally on their site so you can distribute it to your friends. That's against the law in almost every country.

If it's a standard song and legal to distribute the first thing I'd look at is getting it down to a reasonable size. 5 or 6 mb is good for a mp3 (unless like i said it's an hour long).

If you can get the size down on it, you should be able to find sites that will host it.

If not and you have a fulltime connection to the internet (cable/dsl/etc) you could always install a web server on your own computer and host the file yourself.

Try www.yousendit.com.

It lets you upload files up to 1 GB in size and you get a link you can post on your myspace or send through email.
