I recently watched BHC and was blown away by how funny his perfomance is. Every single frame he's in is just ridiculously funny. I think Coming to America is perhaps his second funniest movie. But BHC is just classic, it gets better with age like a good wine. What do you people think? Has he ever been better or is this the pinnacle of his career?

It is a great performance and it is my favorite movie of his. But I believe his best performance was Coming to America. He displayed the same level of humor, but his range as an actor was really tested due to the fact that he played several different characters (even an old white guy).

Coming to America, or Trading Places. Raw is my favorite comedy movie of all time.

I still love trading places as my favorite. But it was as much of an eddie murphy movie as it was a Dan Ackroid movie.

A superb film, no question about it.

And yet, no banana (not even in the tailpipe).

The best had to be 48 Hours ("Where'd you get that money?" "Tax refund." "F... you, you're too stupid to have a job.").

Shrek and Shrek 2 as he takes his vocal expression to the max!

"Noble steed. You hear that?"
