How do I make my lips look thinner but at the same time sexy, cause I know bigger lips are in. I just think mine are to big. It's the first thing I notice about myself.

I bet your lips are truly big and beautiful! What I wouldn't give for a soft, pouty mouth myself.
However - we are all each uncomfortable with our own features.
I suggest that rather than trying to make them look thinner, use a gloss (like MAC lipglass clear - best stuff ever) and emphasizing your eyemakeup. Got it? Clear gloss, colored eyes.
If your eyes are brown, purple looks great, and MAC (my favorite, but you can use whatever products you are comfortable with - though let me pimp the lipglass one more time because it is worth every penny) has some great purple shades. I recommend a light gel eyeshadow. The bigger your eyes, the less emphasis on lips!

I have the same problem! Really, you have to try different things. For me, I use chap-stick, and my lips look alot thinner, and for my friend, her lips look thinner when she uses a shiny gloss.
So I think it depends on your skin tone and features. Just experiment, and you will find the perfect thing!

Here are some make up tricks to shrink your lips:
-Play up your eyes to make lips less noticeable
-use neutral colored lipstick
-Dont bother with lip liner
-Apply lipstick right from the tube ad blend
-Blot so there's only pigment left on lips
-Avoid lip gloss.

Go for darker colours and matte.
Also don't go for colourful colors, go neutral and natural colours.
Avoid shines or glosses as that makes lips appear bigger.
Save the shiney or colourful colours for your eyes, to draw attention upwards.
I wish I had bigger lips.

Use a lip pencil and outline inside/on the lip. Not too much or it will look fake. and go over with nice gloss of lip stick.

dont put lipstick on the whole upper & lower lips.. avoid using dark lip liners
