My basement wall is bowing on one end it appears as if it was braced before , what can be done about it? The floor is a road map of cracks which become little water ways when it rains . The floor is also uneven and sounds hollow underneath which I might add is creepy as hell. What can be done about all of this ? How much might it cost? Its fall should I wait or do it now?

sounds to me like the base under the concrete has eroded. all the weight of the house is on a wall that has no strength under it. Is there some kind of extreme weight above? A water bed, or maybe a hot tub?
A temporary solution would be to install shoring a few feet back from the bowed wall(where the concrete is solid). This shoring will help carry/share the load. And yes, you should be creeped-out. sounds like the structural integrity of the house is in question.

you have some serious problems probably about $20,000.00 dollars you need to hire a mud jacker to fix it, it will be very expensive to fix, sorry to give you the bad news but it needs to be fixed and fixed correctly or it could fall in on you
